good news this week! :D

first things first, the bloody chem pt is FINALLY over.
it was fun in a way, but not when ur car is so irritatingly temperamental.
in the end, we just chucked all our values out of the window and resorted to the never-failing recipe of tyco-ness. xD
and heigh-ho! it succeeded!
we managed to get our car to reach all four distances.
so now everyone has 4/4 for the ind component. xD
(of course, the birdshit on praya's head helped too :p)

and then and then
on thursday during ct, i found out that i qualified for asian schools！
its gonna be held in kowloon, hongkong, around end jul i think.
how cool is that??
haha. of course im going to go.
shall worry about the term 3 EOIs later. xD
5 people from coe qualified i think.

john allows us to go, but he said if we qualified for pan pacs(vancouver) or fina youth (brazil), he reserves the right to pull us out.
cuz they're all around the same period of time.
it'll be cool if i qualify for pan pacs/fina youth too!
i mean, it'll be the first time i get to go to vancouver or brazil. haha.
but then fina youth clashes with the EOIs, so thats out of the question.
not sure about pan pacs though.

1) u cant see 5m ahead of u, and thus u cant see anyone else
2) u cant see the wall until it suddenly appears in front of u, so go too fast, and you CRASHH.

oh and i got new shoes ydae.
cuz the sole of my current pair is coming off.
bad news though.
cuz i wont have time to break it in before 2.4 on tuesday, since monday is like a public hol.
maybe i should where it when we go ou, IF i go out. :p

hope i do a pb time for 2.4.
though thats likely to be quite impossible cuz we have to run in the freaking hot sun after school.
i still miss the sec 1 experience!
we ran like early early on a sat morn around a PROPER track.
it was super refreshing and cooling la.
i totally enjoyed myself. :D

got a new (*&@#(*&#(*&-expensive a lvl bio reference book too!
i mean, it was 70++ bucks!
but it looks quite good, with the nice colourful pictures and all.
and it's really detailed and covers all the stuff that ms chng teaches in class, plus extra, so it should be quite useful.
(unlike jones&jones, which i suppose is useful in a way, but it only covers the simple basic stuff)
i intend to take bio in jc anw, so..
my bio marks had better be good this yr.
